Nic started his career at an early age straight out of school and his career has been Real Estate focused ever since.

Nic joined Rob Soltanie at Fortune Green Capital as an equal partner in early 2020 with the vision to grow the FGC family and build a sustainable diverse property portfolio.

One of Nic’s career highlights includes the acquisition of a development site in Camden Town where Nic had tried to buy the site for over 12 years working with the vendor until eventually acquiring it, demonstrating his tenacity. The development was a joint venture with a well-established Prime Central London developer and the units eventually sold off in their entirety.

Nic has previously sat on various charity committees assisting and advising on various fundraising strategies.

Outside the office, Nic is devoted to his loving wife and two daughters. He is also a keen fitness enthusiast, especially in long-distance running and boxing. He previously fought in a white-collar boxing match for charity and intends to fight in many more.
