Nic started his career at an early age straight out of school and his career has been Real Estate focused ever since.

Nic joined Rob Soltanie at Fortune Green Capital as an equal partner in early 2020 with the vision to grow the FGC family and a build a portfolio.

One of Nic’s career highlights include agreeing the acquisition of an 8-acre industrial site in Hayes. In order to close the position, he agreed an attended exchange and then physically collected the lawyers from their home addresses across London, drove them to the vendors’ lawyers office and stayed there 18 hours negotiating terms until contracts were exchanged. The site was subsequently traded into a well-known national house builder.

In addition to this, Nic once tracked a site in Camden Town for over 12 years working with the vendor until eventually acquiring it, demonstrating his tenacity. The development was a joint venture with a well established Prime Central London developer and the units eventually sold off in their entirety.

Nic has previously sat on various charity committees assisting and advising on various fund raising strategies.

Outside the office, Nic is devoted to his loving wife and two daughters. He is also a keen fitness enthusiast, especially in long distance running and boxing. He previously fought in a white-collar boxing match for charity and intends to fight in many more.
