Nic began his career in real estate straight out of school and has remained dedicated to the industry ever since.

In early 2020, he joined Rob Soltanie as an equal partner at Fortune Green Capital with a shared vision to grow the FGC family and build a sustainable, diverse property portfolio.

Among Nic’s career highlights is the acquisition of a development site in Camden Town — a project he pursued for over twelve years before successfully completing the purchase. The development, undertaken as a joint venture with a leading Prime Central London developer, was a great success, with all units being sold prior to practical completion. This achievement stands as a testament to Nic’s persistence and tenacity.

Nic has also contributed his expertise to several charity committees, providing guidance on fundraising strategies and community engagement.

Outside the office, Nic is devoted to his wife and two daughters. A keen fitness enthusiast, he’s particularly passionate about long-distance running and boxing. Having previously competed in several white-collar boxing matches for charity.
