Neil Sinclair FRICS

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Neil Sinclair FRICS joined Fortune Green Capital Group  as a Non-Executive Director in November 2022. Neil will be providing strategic advice on scaling and growing the FGC company and portfolio and bringing with him a world of useful contacts, especially in the institutional fundraising and banking arena.

Neil has a very long and impressive CV and track record. He co-founded Palace Capital plc in 2010 and was the CEO until 2022. During that time, he listed the company on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and built up a portfolio valued at c£259m with less than 12 members of staff.

In 2005, Neil co-founded Mission Capital plc, now Watchstone Group plc, originally quoted on AIM and now on the Acquis Stock Exchange.

In addition to this, Neil was the co-founder and joint CEO of Sinclair Goldsmith Holdings plc Property investment and services company, latterly Milner Estates plc. The company was sold to Delancey for £173m in 1999. Neil grew the company from scratch, securing listing on the London Stock Exchange and a subsequent merger with commercial estate agency Conrad Ritblat, which reversed into Sinclair Goldsmith. Subsequently, he was appointed Executive Deputy Chairman of Sinclair Goldsmith Conrad Ritblat PLC.

Neil has held many other roles in the property sector, but he is most proud of being the chairman and co-founder of the Variety Property Awards – “The Props” which has run every year since its inception in 1992 and has raised over £11m, provided over 2,000 wheelchairs for disabled children and raised corporate and general awareness of the needs and difficult experiences of disabled children.
