Nic began his career in real estate immediately after leaving school and has remained fully committed to the industry ever since.

In early 2020, he partnered with Rob Soltanie as an equal shareholder in Fortune Green Capital, united by a shared vision to grow the FGC family and establish a sustainable, diverse property portfolio.

One of Nic’s most notable career achievements is the acquisition of a development site in Camden Town — a project he pursued with determination for over twelve years before successfully completing the purchase. Delivered in joint venture with a leading Prime Central London developer, the scheme proved highly successful, with all units sold prior to practical completion. This milestone is a clear reflection of Nic’s persistence, resilience, and long-term vision.

Alongside his professional work, Nic has supported a number of charitable organisations, offering his expertise on fundraising strategies and community engagement initiatives.

Outside of work, Nic is a dedicated family man, devoted to his wife and two daughters. A passionate fitness enthusiast, he particularly enjoys long-distance running and boxing, and has previously competed in several white-collar boxing matches in support of charitable causes.
